While on tour, the tour itinerary can change at times due to external circumstances pertaining to natural calamities or political unrest. In case of any such changes, guests are notified of the change on tour itself.

Yes, in select cases, you have the option to modify your booking after confirmation. However, to do so, kindly consult us. Any such modifications would incur additional charges.

As per rule PAN card will not treat as id proof. Indian Nationals / Passport Holders are required to travel with valid Photo ID with address, issued by GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, LIKE ORIGINAL PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENSE, VOTER ID, ADHAR CARD. This is a mandatory requirement for all adult travelling in the group. For children they have to be accompanied along, with their parents and should have a Photo ID issued by the school authority. It is also advisable to carry photo copy along with the original Birth Certificate of the children travelling along.

Unmarried couple are not allowed.

50% of total tour cost is require at the time of confirming the package.

Full payment should clear 15 Days prior of the tour begin.

Cancellation made before 15 days from the date of check-In, 50% of total room rent will be deducted.

No refund will be made if the cancellation made within 15 days from the date of Check-In.

As per the Cancellation Policy for Room.

As per policy, once approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds if any, for cancellation/alteration/change of tour/unused refundable service will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee’ cheque.

In case of the tour being cancelled by Aranya, a full refund of the amount paid by the guest will be processed within 7 working days.

Yes we have in-house Restaurant. You may avail the food at our Watch Tower also while enjoying the forest beauty from there.

Veg & Non Veg. Specially Bengali Cuisine & Chinese. Specially for babies & Kids mother will be allowed inside the kitchen for preparation of foods.
